As women of faith, as Black women, it is our birthright to command premium rates in our business. Right off the gate, you can and you should charge premium for the transformation you provide.

All coaches that you see and admire, started off somewhere. And I want to submit to you that courage is what you need to take the first step, but confidence is a muscle you build as you're walking.

As a coach, and especially in the beginning, you need to have confidence to show up in coaching calls, and more importantly on sales calls.

So, how do I become confident?

The first thing is to recognize that if you can provide someone with transformation and get them from point A to point B and document this process, you are a coach! Even if that person was you. Coaching yourself is one of the hardest things to do.
